Assam VFA Exam Guide 2026 with subject-wise notes, exam pattern, syllabus-based preparation and 1,000+ MCQs in Assamese and English for Veterinary Field Assistant recruitment.
The Directorate of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary, Assam has announced 200 vacancies for Veterinary Field Assistant (VFA) and allied cadre posts. Candidates applying for these posts will be required to appear for a written examination. An Assam VFA Recruitment Written Exam Guide has been prepared based on the subjects and examination pattern mentioned in the official notification.
The OMR-based written examination will carry a total of 100 marks, consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions to be answered within 120 minutes. The questions will be based on the HSSLC (Class 12 Science) standard. Biology will carry 40 marks, while Chemistry, Physics and General Awareness will carry 20 marks each.
